Bokashi;
Mr. Al Pasternak is a friend researching and working with Bokashi. He responded to a message I sent to him in thanks and praise for his sharing his passion and for distributing this amazingly simple, elegant, and mightily beneficial composting method.
I will be either buying his Bokashi or making my own with his guidance. For now, please enjoy his blog on the subject.
